These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Cunningham Cleaning Group to our clients in the United Kingdom. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
Refund Policy - the basics
1.1 We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to regular cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and specialist services as agreed at the time of booking.
1.2 Services will be carried out on the date and time agreed with the customer.
2.1 All bookings are made via our website, email, or telephone.
2.2 Full payment (or deposit, where applicable) must be made prior to or on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 All bookings are final and non-refundable.
2.4 You may reschedule your booking free of charge with at least 48 hours notice.
What to include in the Refund Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable. However, we understand plans can change, so you’re welcome to reschedule your appointment to another day at no extra cost, provided you give us 48 hours notice.
Your booking can easily be moved to a new date that works best for you.
