We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, poor maintenance, or defects to property, surfaces, fixtures, or fittings. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and personal belongings prior to cleaning.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for our team. Times and dates of appointments are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, transport delays, or extreme weather.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under UK law.

Terms & Conditions - the basics
If we are unable to access the property at the agreed time due to no fault of our own, the service may be deemed cancelled, and the full fee may be charged.
